LIQUID AUTO SPA POLICY
When you book online or via phone with Liquid Auto Spa you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are very costly to our small business. Of course we anticipate things like rainy days and other forces of nature and understand that “emergencies happen.” Should this happen we will try to accommodate you as best we can, but we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
•First cancellation – customers must contact us to reschedule at least 2 business days before their original appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the original appointment.
•Second cancellation– no futher appointments will be accepted.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Liquid Auto Spa will notify customers to reschedule appointments for rain, snow, or excessive cold/heat. We will reschedule for the next available day.
WATER & ELECTRICITY
We may request access to and use of the customer’s water and electrical outlet for our services.
INFORMATION PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or through other direct contacts with you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We may send text/email reminders regarding appointments, feedback, and promotions.
NO RUSH POLICY
At Liquid Auto Spa, our reputation is built on quality service and we will not compromise the integrity of our work by taking shortcuts. Estimated duration of detailing is posted with each service option. We will make our best efforts to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If the additional time is needed, we will inform you and make necessary arrangements to complete the work.
INSPECTION INSIDE & OUT
We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with our service. We encourage you to do a thorough inspection of your vehicle once your service is done. If you find anything we missed, simply point it out and we will make it right. Should you fail to inspect your car, Liquid Auto Spa will not be responsible if, at a later time, you find something we missed. Therefore, while we are there and ready to assist, please take the time to inspect your vehicle. If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the issue to the best of our abilities.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
On the day of your service, please make sure all personal possessions are removed from your vehicle before the service time. Liquid Auto Spa will not be responsible for any damage or loss in and outside of the vehicle. We will not be responsible for damages if the vehicle isn’t 100% in adequate condition. Photographs may be taken before commencing the service.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. We will not show any personal details or your license plate number in the images. These will never be sold or given to third parties. If you wish to refuse permission to use images of your vehicle, you must inform us before we begin your service.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / DETAILING LIMITATIONS
Additional charges may apply due to the size and condition of your vehicle. We do not guarantee 100% removal of excessive pet hair, sand, bad odors, vomit, cigarette smoke, mildew, heavy stains, heavy soil, food and drink spill or spoiled milk, etc.
PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES
You agree not to hold Liquid Auto Spa responsible for any damages to your car. Dirt can hide exterior imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, dings, dents, paint chips, fine lines, marks, cracked windshield, hard water stains and burned paint, etc. Liquid Auto Spa will not be held responsible for any paint imperfections during our normal course of detailing.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Liquid Auto Spa, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney’s fees) arising out of Liquid Auto Spa’s mobile services, including without limitation, any damage which occurs to the customer’s property, vehicle, or the property of any neighbor. You as the customer acknowledge that the unique nature of a mobile detailing business such as Liquid Auto Spa may expose you to greater risk of damage to property and/or vehicle, and you hereby assume such risk.
ENGINE BAY CLEANING
Liquid Auto Spa is not liable or responsible for malfunction or breakage of any of the vehicle’s mechanical/ electrical/electronic components. We do not interfere with vehicles more than the minimum required amount of use to ensure we perform our job.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Liquid Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continuation of service for any reason. Liquid Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse or deny customers’ demands that are above or beyond the booked detailing service.
